Shipping policy
Processing time Every Jottin'Joys book is printed on demand just for you — which means it takes a little time to make before it ships. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be printed and handed to the carrier. (This is the standard Lulu Direct production window.)
Shipping time Once printed, delivery times depend on where you are:
- United States: 13–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–11 business days
- Europe: 9–18 business days
- Canada: 17–18 business days
- Australia: 10–17 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery can be slower during holidays or due to customs.
Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Lulu Direct prints and ships from facilities near you where possible, which keeps costs and delivery times lower.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Combined orders If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages if they're printed at different facilities. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Damaged or lost orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we'll make it right — including a free reprint (if valid).
Returns Because items are printed on demand, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your book arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it free of charge. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy on the website
